Processing Time

  • In-stock items: Processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Custom items: Processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Note: Processing may take longer during holidays or peak seasons. Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days before shipping. Please note that orders placed close to or during the weekend (Thursday–Sunday) will be processed and shipped the following business week.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Economy Shipping: Estimated delivery in 4–7 business days.

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery in 3–5 business days.

  • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery in 2–3 business days.

Please note: Delivery times do not include order processing time. Times may vary depending on your location.


Shipping Rates

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your order’s weight and destination.

  • Free standard shipping within the U.S. is available for orders over $100.

  • Free international shipping is available for orders over $500 USD.


Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your package.


International Shipping

We proudly ship worldwide. Rates and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout based on your location.

Duties & Taxes:
International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes, especially in countries like Canada and those in Europe. These fees are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. We do not collect or control these charges, and not included in our product prices or shipping costs.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Luke The Nail Guy is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they are handed off to the shipping carrier.

  • If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please file a claim directly with the carrier.
